A THREE-DAY STORY
Some celebrations deserve to be remembered not only through their defining moments, but through everything that happens around them.
For Lauren and Philip, my approach would be to create one complete visual story across the entire weekend from the anticipation and energy of the welcome celebration to the wedding day itself and the relaxed atmosphere of the final day.
The intention is to create photographs that feel contemporary and refined today, but remain meaningful and timeless many years from now.
THE APPROACH
DOCUMENTARY AT HEART. EDITORIAL IN VISION.
My photography combines an instinctive documentary approach with a refined editorial sensibility.
I want Lauren and Philip to be completely present with their families and friends while we document the celebration naturally the gestures, movement, atmosphere and unexpected moments that make the weekend theirs.
Alongside this documentary perspective, we will create considered editorial imagery, portraits and details inspired by the architecture, landscape and light of Tuscany.

DAY 1 — THE WELCOME
The beginning of the story.
A relaxed approach focused on arrivals, atmosphere, family and friends coming together and the energy of the first evening.

• Editorial couple portraits and refined guest portraits
• Atmosphere, details and candid moments throughout both events
DAY 2 — THE WEDDING DAY
A full wedding day coverage with a clean, modern and emotional editorial approach, focused on refined storytelling and visual coherence.

• Full wedding day coverage led personally by Serafín Castillo as lead photographer, supported by an additional photographer
• Approximately 12 hours of coverage, structured around the natural flow of the day
• Getting ready for both partners, ceremony, reception, couple portraits and evening celebration
• Wedding celebration at Il Borro, Tuscany, with approximately 180 guests
• Consistent colour palette, mood and visual coherence aligned with Serafín Castillo’s refined, contemporary and editorial style
FILM PHOTOGRAPHY
An analog layer that adds depth, texture and character.
Film is an integral part of my visual language, bringing a distinct sense of texture, intimacy and timelessness to the final body of work.
Used intentionally throughout the three-day celebration, it complements the digital imagery with a more tactile and instinctive perspective — creating photographs that feel honest, personal and enduring.
DAY 3 — THE POOL PARTY
Up to 4 hours of photography
A different rhythm for the final chapter.
Relaxed, spontaneous and energetic imagery documenting the morning after and the final moments shared with their closest people in Tuscany.

One-Week Highlight Delivery
One week after the celebration, Lauren & Philip will receive a curated highlight selection of 100 images from across the three days.
